Since Indian government decided to ban PUBG Mobile India in September 2020 due to privacy concerns, lakhs of PUBG lovers in the country are eagerly awaiting for the relaunch of PUBG Mobile India.
Several reports have surfaced in the recent past claiming thatwould be relaunched in India in 2021 and now a content creator, who goes by the name Luv Sharma, has claimed that has received permission from the Indian government for a relaunch. It is to be noted that PUBG Corporation is yet to make any official announcement regarding the launch of PUBG Mobile India.
The hopes of PUBG lovers in India soared after reports surfaced that PUBG Corporation recently joined hands with with Microsoft Azure to host the game sessions. Experts maintain that this will help PUBG Corporation in addressing the data privacy concerns of the Indian government.
Meanwhile, two PUBG Mobile teams from India – TSM Entity and Galaxy Racers have been invited to show their skills at the PUBG Mobile Pro League (PMPL) Arabia Season One.
The event is very significant as it would be very first competitive event in the vertical for any Indian team after the ban on PUBG Mobile India by Indian government. Interestingly, neither TSM Entity nor Galaxy Racers has confirmed their participation in the event but it is expected that both the teams would play in the first season of PMPL Arabia from the Middle East and African Region.
